Cascade phone clerks had been very courteous, great shop

I posted here a couple weeks ago about their clerks being rude. Lenny responded and since then the clerks had been very polite and courteous. Looking back I had been harch for using the word 'rude', my major concern was their failure to give me a read back at times before hanging up. It has been a pleasant experience calling in my bets since.

Thanks Lenny for running a first class shop and respond promtly to players' concern.

Lenny has taken the screening of clerk applicants into his own hands, and the results speak for themselves. Good job Lenhead.

I must get lucky, I have never had a problem with the clerks.

Of course they may be nicer to the squares than the other people.

I second that Pat. I guess that I have been fortunate in the past because his clerks have always been extremely courteous when I call in. They are a must out in the bases. Very unique numbers!!!
